Questions about your project brief.
What to prepare, which details are optional, and what happens when you send an enquiry.
Back to the formWhat should I include in a project brief?
Include your website or company, the outcome you want, your audience, your current marketing and any useful baseline numbers. Add a timeline and a budget range if you know them. A short explanation of the problem is more useful than a long list of tactics you want.
Do I need to choose a service before filling in the form?
No. You can pick “I need help choosing”. For automation or email marketing, describe your current tools and what you want to improve in the message field.
Can I leave the budget undecided?
Yes. The budget field is optional. If you have a range or a spending limit, include it as context. Choosing a range isn’t a quote or a confirmed project price.
What happens when I send an enquiry?
The form shows a confirmation and a reference number when the email service accepts your enquiry. If sending cannot be confirmed, your entries stay in the form with guidance on how to retry or contact us. The confirmation does not book a consultation.
One office, with coffee.
