01 Who operates this website

Pavlo Kabanets (Kyiv, Ukraine) operates the PKSTUDIO website. For privacy enquiries, contact privacy@pkstudio.com.ua. This notice covers use of the website; any data handling agreed for a client project is addressed separately.

02 Information handled

• The contact forms ask for your name, email address and message. Depending on the page, you can also provide a company, service, goal, reason for contacting us or budget. Please include only information needed to discuss your enquiry.
• The website checks your entries and sends them through Resend to hello@pkstudio.com.ua in Purelymail. A copy is forwarded to the operator’s Gmail inbox. The email includes the page path, language, form type and request reference. Your email address is used as the reply address so we can respond to you.
• Newsletter subscriptions are not available. We do not collect email addresses for the newsletter.
• The hosting infrastructure receives connection information, including IP addresses and request headers, to serve pages and protect the site. The website access log records the time, request method, response status, size and duration, without the IP address, page address, headers or form entries.

03 How we use information

We use your enquiry to discuss the services you ask about and reply to you. The website checks entries, limits repeated attempts and records delivery status to prevent duplicate emails. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing. If sending fails, your draft stays in the open form but disappears when you reload or leave the page.

04 Cookies and analytics

Public contact forms set no cookies and load no visitor analytics or advertising trackers. The blog administration area uses session cookies for signed-in editors. The page address selects the language. Form drafts stay in page memory, not browser storage; browser autofill and caching follow your browser settings.

05 Hosting and external links

The website runs on a Hetzner server. Resend sends form notifications, Purelymail receives them and keeps the original email, and Gmail receives a forwarded copy for the operator. These providers have their own privacy and storage policies. Email open and click tracking are disabled. External links take you to other services, whose policies apply there.

06 Retention

• The delivery database stores request references, timestamps, status, provider receipt IDs and codes derived from submissions and IP addresses to detect repeated attempts. It does not store the enquiry text, your name or email address. Daily maintenance removes resolved records after 30 days and database backups after seven days; unresolved records remain until reviewed.
• The website has no newsletter subscriber records or visitor analytics history. Website access logs rotate daily or when they grow, with up to 14 rotated files retained.
• Email copies are stored separately by Resend, Purelymail and Gmail. The delivery database’s deletion schedule does not delete those copies. For a question about your correspondence or a request to delete it, email privacy@pkstudio.com.ua. A draft left in an open form is not a saved copy of an enquiry.

07 Your rights

Applicable data-protection law may give you rights to information, access, correction or deletion, and to object to or restrict processing. Other rights, including portability and a complaint to a supervisory authority, depend on the circumstances. For questions or requests about your personal information, email privacy@pkstudio.com.ua.

08 Security

The website uses HTTPS, validates entries and limits repeated submissions. Administration and server access are restricted. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information through an enquiry form.

09 Children

This website describes services for businesses and is not intended for children. Please do not enter children’s information in the contact forms.

10 Changes

We update this notice when the website’s data handling changes. The date above identifies the current version.
