Marketing automation and CRM
Reduce the manual work of copying and sorting enquiries. We connect your tools to a CRM, the system that holds your customer records. AI can summarise requests; agreed rules assign follow-ups and tell staff what to review.
Questions about automationMarketing automation FAQ.
Where to start, what can be connected and who looks after it.
Do we need an audit before building anything?
Start with a process you can describe: where a request arrives, who handles it and what happens next. We check which steps can be connected and which still need a person. The audit gives you priorities and required inputs, so you can choose one workflow before committing to more.
Can you work with the tools we already use?
Yes. We work with the CRM platforms listed on this page and use native connections, Zapier, Make or n8n where they fit the task. Before agreeing the scope, we check your subscription, permissions and data. Simple routing can use rules; AI can help summarise requests. If a tool cannot support a step, we explain the limit and agree an alternative. Tell us about any system not listed so we can assess it.
Who reviews the AI output and maintains the workflows?
The brief names the people who review AI summaries and approve customer messages. Setup includes initial testing and handover. You can add monthly support or choose the workflow maintenance service; we agree which work is covered and do not bill for it twice. We record changes and failures so your team can follow what happened.
Are software subscriptions included in the setup fee?
Software subscriptions, usage charges and message sending are paid separately. We check your existing plans and permissions before quoting and identify any paid features the workflow needs. Available actions and limits vary by platform and plan. Hosting and server maintenance, if needed, also require a separate scope.
Does this include a full CRM rollout or data migration?
The starting fee shown for CRM integration covers one enquiry source connected to one CRM, with initial testing and handover. A full CRM rollout, migration of historical records, additional Odoo modules or a wider business-management system require a separate scope and quote. Ongoing support is optional and is priced separately unless your agreed plan includes it.
