Two services with separate billing

Automation setup and weekly spend reviews have separate fees and scopes. Reporting here means reviewing spend in the agreed ad account and explaining the findings. Dashboards, tracking implementation and broader analytics are separate. We confirm which rules the selected account supports.

FAQ

Service questions

Scope, access and costs to agree before work starts.

Are automation and weekly reviews one package?

They are separately priced services. Automation covers the agreed setup of bid or budget rules; weekly spend reviews are billed monthly for the stated account scope. You can order either or discuss both. We check what your existing management engagement already covers before adding another piece of work.

Can the same automation rules run on every platform?

The available controls depend on the advertising system, campaign and account. We review those conditions before agreeing the rules to configure. Share suitable permissions, current settings and the limits you want to apply. We explain which actions the setup can perform and which decisions still need a person to review.

What does the reporting service include?

This service reviews weekly spend in the agreed advertising account and explains differences from the budget plan. It is not a dashboard build or a wider analytics project. Tracking implementation and reports that combine several data sources need separate scopes. Advertising spend also remains separate from the review fee.

Will automation prevent all overspending or remove the need for reviews?

Automation does not guarantee that every unwanted expense will be prevented, and it does not replace regular review. Rules depend on the platform controls, conditions and data available. We agree the settings and explain their limits at handover. Ongoing changes or support beyond the setup require an agreed scope.
