Conversion audits and optimisation
Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) examines what helps or prevents visitors from enquiring or buying. We review key pages and available behaviour data, then recommend changes in priority order. Implementation is agreed separately.

How research, implementation and measurement fit into a conversion project.
What will I receive from a conversion audit?
You receive a report on the agreed pages, with examples of barriers to enquiries or sales and a prioritised set of recommendations. It separates problems we can observe from ideas that need further evidence. Your team can use the report to plan fixes or brief an implementation project.
Can you review a site with little traffic?
Yes. We can review page clarity, forms and the steps needed to complete an enquiry even when behaviour data is limited. We explain where the evidence is missing. Heatmaps and session analysis require suitable recordings; a small sample cannot establish how every visitor behaves or prove an improvement.
Does the audit price include making the changes?
The audit and heatmap offers cover research and recommendations within their stated scopes. Implementation, new page designs, tracking repairs and ongoing optimisation are agreed separately. We use the findings to define that work with you, including which changes your own team will make and how they will be checked.
How will we know whether changes helped?
Agree the action you want to improve and check that it is measured consistently. Compare results with the starting point while considering changes in traffic, offers or campaigns. Where there is enough traffic, an experiment can help evaluate a change. An audit itself does not guarantee more enquiries or sales.
